Refund & Cancellation Policy

Draft — pending legal review. This is not legal advice.

1. About this policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how subscriptions to Stockily work, how you can cancel, what happens when you cancel, and our approach to refunds. It applies to all paid plans for Stockily, the subscription software-as-a-service (SaaS) enterprise resource planning (ERP) platform for cash-on-delivery e-commerce, operated by Stockily and available at https://www.stockily.io.

Stockily is offered worldwide and all fees are charged in United States Dollars (USD). This policy forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service. If there is any conflict between this policy and the Terms of Service on a billing matter, this policy controls for that matter.

This document is a draft prepared for review by Stockily together with its legal counsel. It is provided for general information and does not constitute legal advice. Consumer-protection and distance-selling laws vary by country, and where mandatory local law gives you stronger rights than this policy, those laws prevail.

2. Free trial (14 days, no card required)

New accounts may start a 14-day free trial of Stockily. The trial requires no payment and no credit card. You will not be charged during the trial, and we will not ask for card details to begin it.

During the trial you have access to the plan features made available for evaluation. The trial automatically ends after 14 days. Because no payment method is collected, your account simply will not convert to a paid subscription unless you choose to subscribe and provide payment details. There is nothing to cancel to avoid a charge — if you do nothing, you are not billed.

If you decide to continue, you can subscribe to a paid plan at any time during or after the trial. Billing begins only when you actively start a paid subscription.

3. Paid plans and billing

Paid subscriptions are offered on a monthly or annual basis, charged in advance for each billing period. The price, plan features, and billing interval shown at checkout apply to your subscription until changed in accordance with our Terms of Service.

All payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe, through Stripe-hosted Checkout. Your card details are entered directly with Stripe and never touch Stockily's servers; we do not store your full card number. Stripe's handling of your payment data is governed by Stripe's privacy policy, available at https://stripe.com/privacy.

By starting a paid subscription you authorize Stockily, through Stripe, to charge your payment method the applicable fee at the start of each billing period until you cancel.

4. How to cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time, for any reason. Cancellation is self-serve and takes only a few clicks — there is one clear path and no retention hoops, mandatory phone calls, or hidden steps.

To cancel, open the Stripe-hosted customer portal from your Stockily account billing settings and select the option to cancel your subscription. The portal lets you manage your subscription, update your payment method, and view invoices directly. Your cancellation is confirmed by Stripe, and you should receive confirmation by email.

If you have any trouble reaching the portal or completing a cancellation, contact us at and we will help you cancel — we will never withhold or delay a cancellation.

5. What happens when you cancel

When you cancel, your subscription stops renewing — you will not be charged for any future billing period. You are not locked in beyond the period you have already paid for.

Your access does not end immediately on cancellation. You keep full access to Stockily until the end of the current paid period that you have already paid for. For a monthly plan, access continues to the end of that month's billing period; for an annual plan, access continues to the end of that annual period. After that date, the subscription ends and paid features become unavailable.

Before your data is deleted, you can export it. We make data export available so you can retain your records, and we provide a reasonable window after the subscription ends before account data is removed. Retention and deletion timelines are described in our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If you need help exporting your data, contact .

6. Refunds

Stockily is a subscription service billed in advance. As a general rule, fees already paid for the current billing period are non-refundable, including any partial period remaining after you cancel. When you cancel, you continue to have access through the end of the period you have paid for rather than receiving a refund of that period's fee.

This general stance applies except where a refund is required by applicable law. Where mandatory consumer-protection or distance-selling rules in your country give you a right to a refund or a cooling-off period, those rights apply and are not limited by this policy.

Beyond what the law requires, Stockily may, at its discretion, grant refunds or credits as a good-faith exception — for example in cases of an accidental duplicate charge, a billing error, or a documented prolonged service outage. Good-faith exceptions are decided case by case and do not create an obligation to grant a refund in other situations.

To request a refund or raise a billing concern, contact with your account details and the charge in question. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Stripe; the time for funds to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.

7. Failed payments and dunning

If a renewal payment fails — for example because a card has expired or has insufficient funds — Stripe will automatically attempt to charge your payment method again over a series of retries. During this time we may notify you so that you can update your payment details in the Stripe customer portal.

If payment cannot be collected after the retry period, your subscription may be paused and access to paid features may be suspended until a valid payment is received. We will not delete your data solely because a payment failed; data retention follows the timelines in our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

To restore access after a failed payment, update your payment method in the Stripe customer portal so the outstanding charge can be completed. If you need assistance, contact .

8. Annual plans

Annual subscriptions are charged once at the start of each yearly period and renew automatically for a further year unless you cancel before the renewal date.

You can cancel an annual plan at any time through the Stripe customer portal. As with monthly plans, cancellation stops future renewals and your access continues until the end of the annual period you have already paid for. The annual fee already paid for the current period is non-refundable except where required by law or granted as a good-faith exception under Section 6.

To avoid being charged for the next year, cancel before the annual renewal date shown in the customer portal.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our service, our billing practices, or the law. When we make a material change, we will update the date below and, where appropriate, notify active subscribers.

The version in effect at the time of your purchase or renewal applies to that billing period.
